Job Description & Responsbilities

Responsbilities:

1. To understand local shopper behaviors/insights and channel dynamics via data analysis and shopper/trade research. 
通过数据分析和消费者/渠道的研究,了解本地消费者的行为/洞察和渠道变化。 
2. Support RSD on quarterly channel plan development to ensure target achievement, and create activities to close the gap when the gap is anticipated. 
制定季度渠道计划以确保销量目标达成,当有可预见的差距时,开展相应活动以弥补差距。
3. To guide and enable branch trade marketing on national channel plan implementation and local channel/customer plan development
在全国渠道活动的落地和本地渠道/客户活动的规划中,指导和赋能办事处渠道营销。
4. Work together with RTM and SPPM to ensure plan execution and business result achievement
和RTM和SPPM合作,确保计划的落地执行和生意结果的达成。
5. Provide local insight and findings to national trade marketing team.

6. Regional plan post-mortem analysis to improve activation effectiveness and efficiency

7. POSM inventory management to make sure right POSM at right time in right store.

8. TTS and A&P management: supervision on TTS and A&P budgeting, planning, validation, payment and accrual.

Qualifications:

本科及以上学历
2-3年快消品一线销售经验,对传统渠道有深入的洞察和商业敏锐度
较强的逻辑和分析能力
自我驱动和快速学习适应能力
良好的跨部门沟通及协调能力
