Job Description & Responsbilities


1.       Support product innovation and portfolio management with France and agencies, and sharply monitor Planning.


·       Inno pipeline management: Monitor a yearly activation calendar including pack renovation/promotion/bundle pack activations.

·       Inno launch plans: Successfully introduce - Innovation projects in China by co-building with sales. Set up launch plans (brief the agencies to deliver the best ideas building with the strategy or adapting central material, set inno launch KPIs; P&L; inno launch monitoring

·       Manage existing product portfolio with product performance tracking, review and improvement plan to keep portfolio healthiness


2.       Yearly marketing communication hero assets development and to fit both communication and promotion needs:  

·       BVI and brand hero assets development including video, KV, press release, digital assets, EC assets etc.

·       Brief agencies to deliver strong content develop plans for designated projects and build recommendation in collaboration with sales teams

·       Manage brand presence in events – sponsorships

·       Share best practices with central EVI teams and roll-out according to the guidelines.


3.       Based on yearly marketing strategy and calendar to develop digital marketing plan to accelerate the growth. Execution with right media mix and ROI tracking for continuous improvement:

·       Yearly digital media plan set up and management: identify the right digital mix and optimization to achieve set goals

·       Highly integrated out-site media with on-site media

·       Adapt brand hero assets and take lead in digital assets, content & design generation to fulfill various digital & online activation needs

·       Monitor and review digital campaign performance to capture learning and review the ROI for continuous improvement.


4.       Have the perfect understanding of the market and its consumers, and lead ad hoc survey and keep on improving plans recommendation:

·        Perfect understanding of FMCG sales tracking KPI’s (Distribution/ Rotation/ promotion efficiency/ Share Of Market and consumers Brand tracking KPI’s (Penetration, Loyalty, Frequency, qty per purchase …)

·       Develop internal skills in monitoring results of any actions: innovation, promotion, communication.

·       Coordinate with all the mkt and sales team to ensure proper research plan


5.       PPE (Budget) reporting on marketing activities:

·       Yearly marketing budget planning and support on the PPE monitoring (Monopoly reports)


6.       Implementation and follow-up of various marketing projects, depending on the workload & as per ongoing decided split.


Would typically have at least 4 years of relevant experience in Mkt (with strong brand marketing experience in both product innovation and communication), ideally within a strong multinational FMCG company (high-end/premium FMCG). Solid digital experience is a must. 

-        Strong in project management & organizational skills: planning, setting KPIs, rigorous follow up

-        With a strong mindset of cross-teams activation: it needs to be a strong link between marketing & sales for inno launch planning & follow-up

-        Strong data analytical mentality and able to interpret insights behind marketing data (research, MS report, BHT, etc)
