Job Description & Responsbilities


1.       Develop E-commerce activation strategy and plan to continuously increase NS, traffic and conversion on E-commerce platforms: T-mall, JD etc.    

·       E-commerce marketing drivers planning and implementation, includes but not limited to drive target traffic and overseeing optimization of the on-site shopping experience to increase conversion rate.

·       Lead the translation and execution of the marketing and sales strategy into impactful E-commerce activation plans

·       Build strong relationship with platforms to get more resources and well adapt platform promotion calendar to align with brand growth needs

·       Bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programs with brand marketing and sales.

2.       Based on yearly marketing & sales calendar, create and manage the development of activation solutions for E-commerce channels:

·       Development of an integrated marketing activation plans for E-commerce channel to accelerate the growth: Yearly EC activation plan set up and roll out with campaign based activation plan and channel specific activation support plan

·       Adapt brand hero assets into channel activities, especially EC platform design set up and continuous improvement to improve consumer online shopping experience

·       Take lead in E-commerce activation related design, mock-up, and production: EC page and GWP development and review the ROI for continuous improvement

·       Closely monitor execution of activations to capture learning and drive for continuous improvement.

·       Monitor and analyze performance against traffic, CPC, visibility, ROI goals, continuously make and implement recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth

·       Take lead in develop DTC & social commerce model in Wechat, RED and Tiktok

3.       Have the perfect understanding of the shopper behaviors in EC channels through E-commerce platform data and 3rd party data, so as to keep on improving conversion:

·       Develop insight based knowledge, and leverage to create relevant and engaging activations to drive successful growth

·       Monitor market trends and competitor activities that lead to the growth and optimization of the channel activation

·       EC data mining to find business opportunities and adapt E-commerce promotion and activation plan accordingly.

4.       Budget management:

·       Yearly EC activation budget management

·       Drive cost efficiency of the existing budget

-        EVI other markets Marketing, Trade Marketing and E-commerce team

-        evian acceleration unit;

Key Customers


Would typically have at least 5 years of relevant experience in EC platform management experience (especially T-mall and JD flagship store), including but not limited to promotion and campaign set up, EC Operation etc. , not only know how but also with good execution capability 

-        Well understand EC mechanism, promotion, activation and the dynamics behind is a must, have JD and T-mall flagship store operation experience is a plus

-        Strong in project management & organizational skills: planning, setting KPIs, rigorous follow up

-        With a strong mindset of cross-teams activation for promotion roll out and continuous improvement

-        Strong data analytical mentality and able to interpret insights behind EC and 3rd party data (research, MS report, BHT, etc)
