Job Description & Responsbilities

Responsbilities:

Act as a liaison between Department Head and management personnel, corporate offices, board members, important customers and visitors

2. Arrange the daily schedule of Department Head, and ensure completion of all administrative and logistics service work, including arranging all meeting, business activities, hotel booking, transportation, reimbursement and etc.

3.Manage of BJ office, such as online-purchase of office stationery, storage room management, etc

4. Screen visitors, telephone calls, publications and other correspondence. Receive, escort and/or introduce visitors to the department head. Respond to general inquiries regarding activities associated with Department Head in accordance with established policies and procedures

5. Coordination of department events and meetings, including event activity planning, scheduling, logistics, etc.

6. Handle matters of a routine nature, comply with deadlines and priorities, composing replies to correspondence, interpretation and translation, following up on pending issues, maintaining confidential data and information.

7.  Act as a liaison between CA and other functions, coordinate the timely communication of requests, issues, complaints, problems, and other action items to the appropriate manager in the Company.

8. Update and maintain staffing data, take actions of care to staff who’s birthday is coming

9. Prepare of new comers, includes preparation of laptopname cardstationaryseatorientation arrangement

10. Perform other duties as assigned, some of which may be essential to the job.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Secretarial or relevant majors, with over 5 years relevant working experience. Events experience a plus

2. Strong interpersonal skills are essential with a high degree of sensitivity for confidentiality; the candidate must be strong in both oral and written communication in English and Chinese.

3. Have strong secretarial skills and be proficient in various MS office software packages including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc

4. Task-oriented with an excellent sense of priority, logic and objectivity, highly organized and capable of handling a number of sensitive and important issues simultaneously.

5. Mature and a good team player, good coordination skills.
