Job Description & Responsbilities


  • ·      Responsible for the overall business results of E-Commerce channel, including TM all Flagship Store, TM all Super, JD and other, EC platforms.  And Develop business relationship with emerging EC customers.

    ·         Design and execute Joint Business Plans with key customers for combination of direct customers and customers via distributors; focus will be on priority accounts, like TM all Group and JD. Take ownership for customer performance and key contribution to total China EC business.

    ·         Develop sales strategies, ambitions, clear targets & priorities for e-commerce sales channels.

    ·         Own and prepare EC budget and optimize budget to be spent effectively and ensure all projects are completed to brief on time and within budget.

    ·         Deliver annual integrated EC calendar with big stories and always on stories/engagement.

    ·         Work with marketing team to find the long-term EC strategy that can support the EC growth.

    ·         Partner with marketing team to translate consumer data into audience profiles and business opportunities. Work closely with trade marketing to ensure relevant online branding available for activation. Online trade marketing excellence to create outstanding brand connections online.

    ·         Train and coach EC team members to enhance team capability.


  • ·         More than 10 years sales experience with at least 5 years in E-commerce channel from FMCG industry. Experience in imported or premium brands is preferred.

    ·         Well understand of brand identity, policy and products.

    ·         Be skilled at Platform guideline and build up friendly cooperation relationship.

    ·         Work closely with TP agency on product launch, inventory management and store operation.

    ·         Good knowledge of Distributor management, channel management and category management will be preferred.

    ·         Real-time monitor and analyse KPI such as traffic, AOV and convers

    ·         Experience to work under full performance responsibility

    ·         Outgoing and open-minded, with the ability to work across cultures.

    ·         Social and E-commerce marketing experience and skills are a plus.
