Job Description & Responsbilities


1.       Lead the brand activation campaign development


a)         Develop Integrated Communication/ Campaign Plans that encompasses all relevant touch points to bring value to consumers and to business


b)        Lead the creation of brand assets ( KV, TVC, H5, etc.) for different touchpoints


2.       Own paid media planning


a)         Partner with media agency to create holistic media plan to ensure suitable brand communication delivered to TA at right channel, to maximize the brand reach amongst TA and drive interest


b)        Be responsible for media performance and follow up on optimizations 


3.       Co-lead the brand campaign executions


a)         Co-work with touchpoint leaders to activate designed brand campaigns to ensure consistent and on-equity brand message and image delivered to TA, along the full AIPA journey


4.       Spearhead the brand experience development


a)         Explore brand opportunities in Personalization experience and IP/brand collaboration


Develop plan to roll out the personalization experience & collaboration 


    Education and Experience


1.         5+ yrs Brand activation experience


2.         A demonstrated track record in building marketing campaign experience in FMCG as well as in well understanding channel activity & requirement is preferred


3.         Well understanding of digital environment including paid media, social media & new emerging APPs


4.         Having high growth agility and potential to grow to more senior level in a near future.
