Job Description & Responsbilities


1.     Drive mkt share and BHT excellence

Identify consumer and business insights from research and data analysis

Initiate proposals to achieve brands KPIs

Prioritize key consumer engagements touchpoint

Support on track&review KPI performance of each owned project and give out optimization plans

2.     Activation Planning, Execution & Evaluation

Initiate campaign/activation brief

Lead multiple agency partners in activations ensure consistent and on-target deployment and KPI landing.

Brief, execute, monitor and improve multi-layered messages & assets (variety of contents - film, gif's, key visuals, articles, KOL/KOC cooperation content etc., variety of messages, personalized by tribes)



4+ yrs Brand marketing experience


Hard skills:

    Great analytical skills and data-backed decision making mindset

    A demonstrated track record in end to end scope in FMCG

    Hands-on integrated campaign & activation experience on digital environment including paid media, social media & new emerging APPs


Soft skills

    Communication skills

    Ownership and self-automated

    Embracive of changes

    Having high growth agility and potential to grow to more senior level in a near future


     Able to work under pressure and drive for sustainable performance

Can lead agencies with collaborative mindset


     Minimum university graduate

     4+ years of mkt experience, FMCG company, end to end preferred

     Marketing activation experience is a must

     Fluent in Chinese & English
