Job Description & Responsbilities

Responsbilities:

1.Lead and accelerate Aptamil NU growth

        Co work with brand/TM/sales team on integrated marketing plan

        Lead platform activation plan & IP PK

        Market & Brand Analysis incl.ISV report & core line user analysis

        Craft annual investment plan    

    2. Good influencing skill to co-work with cross function teams

        Good influencing and communication skill in collaboration with MKT/sales/team-members, etc

        Be willing to lead cross function partners to deliver win-win result

Good communication skill to increase customer relationship

3.3rd party Management

ISV/creative agency

Qualifications:

Functional:

         Must have: ALI/JD IP/Campaign assessment & consolidation & bidding experience.

         Ability to implement customer activations in line with Category and Brand Strategies

         Exploration spirit and strategic thinking ability.

Good teamwork capability

Education and Experience

        At least 4-5 years of successful Brand Flagship store ec mkt experience or brand mkt experience.

        Consumer goods especially in baby food category knowledge is preferred

Specific Knowledge

        Brand or Store management

        Understand digital marketing

        EC business knowledge

        Good business sense and negotiation skill

        Data analysis skill

        Independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

 

General skills

        Strong Communication Skill, both internal and external

Good Computer Skill, Especially on Microsoft Office
