Job Description & Responsbilities


1. Manage Product Allocation to Direct Customers and Secondary Retailers

l  Allocate at SKU level, in a time frame of N~N+3 month, at a weekly frequency

l  Apply an allocation methodology to support Sales Strategy and Choices, and in line with Trade Flow methodology

l  Validate and align the Offtake forecast with Sales team as the input

Timely adjust per demand and supply change

2. Own Sales Forecast to calibrate with Demand Forecast (Trade Flow)

l  Develop rolling forecast from Sales Dpt and in line with GPS cycle

l  Work and align with Channel Sales Leaders and turn Sales strategy, plan, supply constraint into forecast

Calibrate two sets of forecasts with Demand Planner and identify risks & opportunities

3. Two-way interaction with Direct Customers

l  Weekly meeting to deploy latest allocation and get in touch with dynamic demand change

Develop and align Way of Working with Direct Customer and related Sales team 


Education and Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree

·        2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Supply Chain

Specific Knowledge
