Job Description & Responsbilities

Responsbilities:

Integrated into a use case team, you partner with different stakeholders to:

● Qualify the feasibility of Use Cases and validation of PoC (Proof of Concept)

● Provide analytical support to evaluate business strategies, extract insights qualitatively and quantitatively from data and optimize business models

● Leverage state-of-art technologies and innovative solutions to solve business problems with ability to think and research creatively When consulted on a business challenge, you will function as a business analytics expert. As a data scientist with analytical focus, you will particularly work on:

● Perform analysis on large sets of data in CDP (customer data platform) to extract insights that will guide our business growth strategy.

● Develop data visualization features to generate insights and support data storytelling.

● Iterate with the business and the rest of the project team in an agile way to develop, adapt and refine the solution to enable maximum business impact

● Build and maintain analytical models to analyze data from different sources to provide practical insights, which can be incorporated into digital transformations strategy.

● Run experimentation initiatives; design test plans, obtain cross -functional alignment, complete robust analysis, and deliver practical insights.

● Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to business stakeholders, non-technical audience, through clear visualizations and presentations. It is better for you to have knowledge and hands-on experience in the state-of-art technologies such as data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence. The following abilities are better to have: You design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot the data models integrated in the solutions delivered by the transformation:

● Assess the quality of the data; clean and aggregate when necessary

● Compare and choose the right algorithms

● Develop and train machine learning models

● Troubleshoot the models in production

Qualifications:

● >3 years of experience in a marketing analytics and/or data science role, preferably in analytics-related degree. (MS degrees in Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics or related is better)

● Strong analytical and learning ability, strong logical expression ability and innovative mind, able to quickly learn and innovate analytics on fast-changing marketing. Love the retail FMCG industry and have a strong interest in social media and private domain tactics.

● Have good marketing and social media sense. Experience in using and analyzing social media such as TikTok and Xiaohongshu.

● Understand machine learning models and have hands-on experience in supervised and unsupervised algorithms

● Have knowledge in analytical skills, including analysis and modelling in data using SQL, Python and/R, statistics, A/B testing, and experimental design.

● Good at teamwork, careful personality with a strong sense of responsibility, and logic analysis. Excellent communication skills in English
