Job Description & Responsbilities


·        Analyze historical trend by consolidating actual data in all trackable channels and generating future forecast based on history and activity.

·     Finalize by SKU forecast with inputs like category forecast, statistical forecast and insights from China S&I team, commercial team (Sales, MKT + HNRI) and source countries’ EIB teams. 

·        Analyze demand forecast accuracy and bias to understand root causes by consolidating the inputs and feedback from multifunctional teams.

·       Perform the root cause analysis to understand the drivers of our performance.

·        Consolidate submissions from source countries and Direct International into the inventory model and provide EIB sell-in guidance.

·        Validate the trend of source country sell in projection as well as trade inventory.

·         Co-ordinate and facilitate the discussions for IL demand planning (DI + SC) to drive consensus / alignment and better decision making.


-        Minimum 6 years’ experience in planning area.

-        Experience in multinational FMCG Company.

-        Solid knowledge and experience on demand planning.

-        Knowledge for planning systems (IBP, Advanced Analytics including Machine Learning etc.)

-        GPS (Global Planning System) process (also known as Sales & Operational Planning or Integrated Business Planning in the industry).

-        Experience of Demand Planning in complex environment.

-        Forecast modelling for demand planning (experience and knowledge on advanced analytics / machine learning and planning tools like IBP would be a plus).

-        Leadership to drive alignment and action plans with continuous improvement mindset.

-    Strong communication skills to present the demand forecast internally and outsides CBU in a way that senior leaders can well understand.
