Job Description & Responsbilities


·       Business Partnering

Drive the business partnership with CBUs marketing, digital and other relevant business functions to provide though leadership leveraging the emerging digital technology in developing the winning digital strategy and roadmap in the martech and consumer digital space


·       Martech/Consumer Digital Product and Delivery

Lead the team to establish the reusable and scalable digital product portfolio with modern digital architecture with across CBUs (and eventually cross markets) , and deploy it with the agility to meet the business needs. Engage with respective global functions on collaboration towards the direction to establish China as the future Consumer Digital Hub


Lead the business partnership for ELN/AMN CBU

·       Provide strategic functional engagement with CBU Marketing and other consumer related functions in terms of:

o   Articulate and agree clear digital business strategy and then technology consensus across many CBUs stakeholders including to agree budgets and priorities

o   Providing subject matter expertise in the digital technology front. Promote adoption and exploitation of strategic digital marketing technology platform through partnership with the CBUs

o   Identifying opportunities for consumer digital innovation

·        Drive the implementation of all consumer digital applications and solutions

·       Be flexible, strategic and innovative thinking to keep up with the demands since process and operating environment (digital marketing, social media, consumer and mobile technology) are continually evolving

Influence global IT’s relevant digital strategy and collaborate with the Global IT relevant teams in designing and developing scalable solutions to ensure the business objectives are met 


·       Strong communications and influencing skills, across multiple stakeholders and virtual, matrixed teams. Sets example of utilizing technology

Able to multitask and switch from strategic to detail

·       7-10 years digital technology / creative agency / internet company in client facing project management role.
