Job Description & Responsbilities

Responsbilities:

1.  Develop and implement media model in JD channel ecosystems

a)  Establish knowledge & understanding on different media tools

b)  As the media frontier understand new tools and collaboration opportunities

c)  Lead and execute ad-hoc media and big data research & learning projects

d)  Propose media strategy to fulfill brands’ CDJ

strategy and target in BBC channels

2.  Lead media planning, execution & coordination for JD channels.

a)       Work collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders( ex. CDJ brand owners, sales, customers, media agencies, etc)in developing JD channel media plans in driving business result

b)         Lead, coordinate and monitor media execution from A to Z, including budgeting, resource allocation, spot plan, placement, tracking and reviews.

c)            Establish and maintain solid media relationship

with customer and media stakeholders

Qualifications:

·      Education and Experience

·       Bachelor’s degree, minimal 5-8 years of working experience, with solid background in e-commerce/digital media buy (Brand marketing experience or FGS operation experience is also preferred)

·       At least 2-5 people team management experience

 

·      Specific Knowledge

·       Strong knowledge of digital/e-commerce media buy

·       Solid project management skill

·       Good business acumen with strong analytical skills and ownership

·       Number sensitive

 

·      General skills

·       Good spoken & written in English and Mandarin

·       Good communication & interpersonal skill

·       Ability to work under pressure and dealing with ambiguity
