Job Description & Responsbilities

Responsbilities:

Sales Operations of Direct International engage multiple parties; Online Sales team, Offline Sales team, Business Innovation (Distribution) team, Trade Marketing, Supply & Demand Planner, Distributor/ Direct Customers, etc. The communication matrix and operation model are quite complex. This role aims to lead/ facilitate in following areas to deliver an agile and efficient DI Sales Operation.

1.     Sales Forecast to Execution seamless sync with GPS cycle

2.     Deployment and review platform across different team

Data automation and visibility, SOP

Own Sales Forecast process and synchronize with GPS cycle

l  Lead Sales Rolling Forecast process and engage multiple Sales teams

l  Sync rhythm with GPS cycle, align forecast with Trade Flow, align Way of Working with Demand Planner

l  Ensure Sales forecast, target setting and product allocation support Product and Channel Strategy and Action Plan

Facilitate Monthly/ Weekly DI Sales meetings as Core Sales Review platform

l  Develop meeting platform for different layers; overall DI, specific channel, Direct Customer, to be core Sales review and alignment platform

l  Facilitate meeting with clear P.O.S.T. and engage multiple teams

l  Build dashboards to track progress and KPIs

Drive Data Automation & Visibility

l  Identify opportunity and define projects of automation to drive efficiency and visibility

l  Convince stakeholders in priority and resource allocation

l  Act as Project Manager to implement projects with the support from System Solution team

Other Sales Support

l  Develop robust SOP in Sales Spending, Customer Management, Data Management, etc.

l  Set up audit mechanics to ensure Execution Compliance, Data Integrity

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree

·        5-10 years of experience in Sales Operations

General skills

·        Rich experience in Project Management

·        Advanced Excel and PPT Skill

Good written and oral English
