Job Description & Responsbilities
Responsbilities:
• Responsible for preparation and consolidation of D2D/operational monthly review reports, mainly including performance of COGs, productivity, Capex and inventory level. • Optimize reporting and review process • Closely monitor, track and provide deep-dive analysis on key D2D/operational indicators • Consolidate, maintain and track productivity projects reports in Power BI system • Develop advanced tools or scenario analysis for decision making and specific reviews • Work closely with Global D2D FP&A team, communicate report instructions to CBUs • Check and monitor reports of CBUs to make sure timely and accurate delivery based on the instructions
Qualifications:
· 6+ years FP&A and operation finance (eg. manufacturing, supply chain and purchasing) relevant experience · FMCG or related industry · Excellent user of Excel and PPT; Power BI is plus · Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline · Good communication, people skills and maturity · Open mindset and self-motivated · Willing to take challenge and embrace new change
