Job Description & Responsbilities


Consolidate zone P&L, FCF and working capital and timely synthesize information to support creation of financial update to management


Ensure smooth coordination of planning and reporting cycles with business unit finance contacts; cascade headquarter requirements and tailor guidance and templates based on review needs

Maintain reporting system and tools to build, monitor and communicate financial metrics to key stakeholders, liaise with key stakeholders to share best cases and support for continuous improvement

Review variances by considering data sources, business activities and historical trends; deep-dive analysis to challenge business assumptions to drive forecast accuracy and reasonableness


Build sound financial models to simulate scenarios and identify opportunities and risks in financial forecast, and provide recommendations to support senior management for trade-off decisions



Ensure the right confidentiality and adequate communications towards the various stakeholders.



 Relevant university degree, professional controlling or accounting qualification with at least 7 years of professional experiences in FP&A, Controlling or Finance Partnering  

 Strong command of English Seasoned user of financial system and Microsoft Office tools

Profound finance knowledge in financial planning and reporting; preferred with past experiences covering FP&A scopes at a regional / global level

Adequate understanding of the food industry and good business acumen

  Strong analytical skills, ability to process comprehensive data and develop business insights; Able to deep-dive into financial data to drive accuracy and reasonableness

 Good presentation and interpersonal skills; Experienced in acting in teams in regional organizations with strong cross-functional social skills

Strong sense of processes flows and interdependencies, ideally with proven experiences in finance management processes

Familiar to use financial systems (e.g., Power BI, SAP); be a quick learner and versatile to new systems
