Job Description & Responsbilities
Responsbilities:
1. Lead and Achieve Ali Group Business management: Deliver business goals of Ali group；Manage online business with TP operation team & E-commerce platforms；Coordinate with cross functional teams to support Ali business highly growth. 2. Gain market share and Enhance brand distinctiveness by managing consumer, online portfolio, activity and campaign：Work with marketing team to convert content marketing to customized requirement；Lead and Follow up weekly/monthly campaign plan& review；Organize and lead JBP for better growth. 3. Business Analysis & Reporting: Analysis of consumer & activities, data, and marketing campaign；On-going analysis of key business metrics including traffic, conversion analysis, user database growth and behaviours.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in E-commerce customer management; have experience of Ali business management (FMCG) 3. Strong customer focus and knowledge in business, experienced with TP management and cross function cooperation skills. 4. Familiar with office software, especially Excel & Power Point 5. Fluent in Chinese and English
