Job Description & Responsbilities

Responsbilities:

HR Cycle and Employee Experience

  • Support local HR cycle, which includes but not limited to objective setting, performance review and calibration, ASR and MSR, and work closely with global and GC function HR.
  • As a key contact window and responsible for HR issues raised by business, offer end to end solutions.
  • Support people onboarding and exit experience.
  • Conduct weekly HRBP Facetime, collect voices from frontline and take initiates to help business solve HR problems, monthly summarize the operations opportunities to Leadership Team.

HR Process and Data Expert

  • Monitor daily HRBP process, identify opportunities and lead process improvement.
  • Support CNAO HRBP process and template harmonization, and work together with P&C team to enable HRBP team.
  • As CNAO people data hub, monthly collect Ocean and Japan data for further people analysis, which includes recruitment, turnover, move and promotion.
  • Monthly update raw data for CNAO HR Report.

People Engagement 

  • Support CNAO engagement activity and engagement roadmap implementation
  • Monthly collect business and people story reflected in Newsletter and deliver on time
  • Support DPS across CNAO region and responsible for local implementation
  • Organize HRBP team engagement activity

Learning and Development

  • Support new hire orientation
  • Monitor local implementation and support people learning and talent development
  • Monthly L&S support

Qualifications:

  • 3+ HRBP experience and familiar with employee journey from on-boarding to exit, managing employee data, prefer with experience in culture, learning and talent
  • Familiar with China labor law and have solid experience in handing employee relations.
  • Analytical and excellent in excel and HR system operation.
  • Mature and people oriented.
  • Fluent English, good team player.
  • Bachelor degree and above, having overseas study experience will be a plus.
