Job Description & Responsbilities


main mission

·          Manage employee life cycle including employee entry, transfer, and exit management and process monitor.

·          Manage HR IS tools, Global & Local related HR systems data update.

·          P-file management for defined people scope.

·          Lead certificates issuing.

key responsibilities

Entry & Exit & Transfer management

·          Manage new joiners, prepare on-boarding package, collect documents and communications.

·          Manage exit process, collect confirmation of leave details timely and keep professional HR operation in process.

·          Update entry & exit & transfer information in global & local systems.


Employee Data Management

·          Collect employee data query and response accordingly.

·          Manage data change & identify needs for mass data change in systems.

·          Conduct data validation and resolve data issues/errors.

·          Notify external third parties if applicable.

·          Make sure system employee data accuracy and timely.


P-file Management

·          Establish Document P-file and E P-file for each staff in scope.

·          Renew P-file accordingly.

·          Ensure the P-file borrowing and returning with timeliness, accuracy and completeness.


Certificates issuing

·          Response certificates issue request on time.

·          Other HR admin task.


Payment issuing

·          Vender and PO creation in global system

·          Fundamental management skill especially in HR Admin operation

·          Holistic understanding on HR IS tools and local business applications

·          Good at communication and cross  team collaboration (Key contact: HR BPs)

·          Good team spirit, Strong sense of responsibility, confident, awareness of service

Familiar with HR related law and regulation


·          Bachelor’s degree preferred

·          >1 year’s working experience, SAP and HR operation experiences are preferred

·          Familiar with HR related law and regulation

·          Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially at Excel and Word.

Good command of reading and written English.
