Job Description & Responsbilities

Responsbilities:

To develop Aptamil portfolio professional communication strategy and execution plan according to the consumer decision journey to enhance product/brand credibility.

1. To understand business objective into portfolio/brand objective and design communication strategy to HCP.

2. Work closely with cross team to develop professional communications & execution plan to effectively communicate and endorse brand/product superiority through professional resource/assets to consumers.

3. To analyse market intelligence including competitors’ information and gain market and customer insight through relevant market research programs.

4. To guide the appointed advertising & event agency to come up with on-target and cost-effective execution plan, and monitor the delivery to ensure the achievement of brand objectives. 

5. Other project-based programs to support brand activation campaign with cross-team (brand, CDJ or channels) through professional assets.

 

 

Qualifications:

- Strong development in professional marketing area including HCP insight understanding, professional communication skills, professional engagement tools/programs planning

- Consumer insight understanding and interaction experience, such as Nutrition, OTC or medical device field

- Strong ownership in project management to well execution for all marketing related programs

 

Education:

• University graduate and above, medical, nutrition science or marketing is better

• 3-5 years professional marketing working experience, minimum of 2 years consumer education or engagement experience

• Experience in professional channel from nutritional, pharmaceutical or related industry

• MBA is preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin language

• Creative and innovative way of thinking

• Passionate for excellent work, self-motivated and customer orientated
