Job Description & Responsbilities


This role will assist to look after all Danone ELN international labels' innovation/renovation pipeline, including the most ultra-premium/super premium brands and trendy segment. As well as current in market brand/products communication messages development. Key Responsibilities as below, 

1. Data Analytical & insight generation

- Analysis current product/category portfolio performance on IL market

2. Market dynamic

Spot and share key players(global and local) marketing actions and key consumer trends

3. Winning concept development

Redesign internal product concept/claims develop process

- Develop winning claims to drive continuous success for existing products

4. Collaboration

Build and maintain close collaboration with cross-functions partners

- Ensure brand/product imagery and messages being consistency cross platforms


Education and Experience

·       At least 2 years working experience

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       Open to whom has working experience in creative/social agency, esp. experience in planning / copy based creative/ account who has strong writing proficiency

·       Aboard study/ working experience is a plus


General skills

·       Fluent in both oral and written in English

·       Solid project management skill

·       Good communication skill
