Responsbilities:
11. Ensure Roll-out & appropriation of IC Methodology & Referential by support to team in annual testing planning, kick-off animation, BPO control awareness and BPO self-evaluation readiness. 22. Ensure testing and reporting accuracy and on time in DANgo reporting Group tool by regular tracking and identify efficiency improvement areas. 33. Lead project management and participant in projects on IC standardization roadmap and IC enabler projects by close collaboration with IC domain lead from planning, by phase tracking and delivery reporting. 44. Roll out Corp IC/IA data analytics and E2E reporting tool along with IC testing and risk monitoring. 55. Lead IC function Knowledge & expertise retention on Controls, Processes & tools. Networking, Benchmarking & Good practices exchange inside and outside the region.
Qualifications:
11. 7yrs+ of internal control or audit experience. Experience in FMCG industry and regional team is a plus. 22. Be skilled for cross functions project management and change management with transformational and continuous improvement mindset. Ability to prioritize and plan effectively. 33. Good presentation and reporting skills with strong English speaking and writing skills 44. Strong analytical and data management skills. Fast learner and committed to excellence. 55. Demonstrate critical thinking, open minded and forward looking for challenges and initiatives to be out of comfortable zone.
