Responsbilities:

1.     Process

·       On Board IT&Data BPOs at zone and geographic levels on their testing activities & animate the network during the campaign

·       Use Data and Technology to drive risk assessment & mitigation: Roll out D&A dashboards for in-time risk monitoring

·       Assess controls through walkthroughs and testing, documenting and reporting DICE risk evaluation results

·       Drive yearly IC campaign and follow up action plan implementation for all open Risks identified by IC or IA or external audit

·       Map process cross geographics with global standards, to drive process harmonization and standardization

·       Validate and monitor access right to strengthen SOD controls

2.     Risk Management

·       Understand business reality and needs. Ensure guidance and advise on transformation projects to build robust controls in systems

·       Support BPOs in building & monitoring appropriate action plans raised either by IC or IA

3.     Communication

·       Advocate IC & Risk management culture: CODI, Functional leads, CBU-DBS

·       Discuss risk assessments with all business stakeholders before final Corporate reporting

·       Alert DBS and when necessary Corporate Teams of any major deviations

Qualifications:

·       7+ yrs of IT audit or IT control experience. Preferred experience in big four IT risk control sector with CISA certification, and FMCG industry inhouse experience is a big plus. 

·       Be skilled for cross functions project management and change management with transformational and continuous improvement mindset.

·       Be skilled for data analysis with experience of using analytic tool (eg: PowerBI, ACL, Tableau,) and be familiar with SAP system.

     Good communications skills and English language skills in both written and oral, able to communicate cross functions and cross territories.

     Demonstrate critical thinking, open minded and forward looking for challenges and initiatives out of comfortable zone.
