Job Description & Responsbilities

Responsbilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll Related:

Perform Payroll administration activities

Collect pay data before payroll cycle, such as OT & Attendance data, monthly/quarterly sales incentive, one-off / regular payment 

Generate monthly payroll summary & payroll accrual & payroll cash forecast reports to Finance team

IIT and relevant tax declaration

Integrate and optimize payroll process

 

Social insurance & Housing fund Related:

Liaise with 3rd parties for delivery of services

Check and audit data provided by vendors related to social insurance, housing fund and service fees to ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness

Annual insurance base adjustment

 

Other C&B Related Work:

Legal and policy declaration to CBU HRs for daily operation and special claims 

Arrange monthly/quarterly/yearly payment reports with IBS finance team on time

Research, analyze, resolve and respond to associate’s inquiries

Assist internal & external audits as required

Other C&B related work.

 

MANAGERIAL COMPETENCIES & PERSONAL APTITUDES

Fundamental management skill especially in process management, excellent Excel skill

Good data analytical skills with rigorous logic thinking

Good at communication and cross  team collaboration (Key contact: Plant HRs, CBU coordinators)

Good team spirit, Strong sense of responsibility, confident, awareness of service, Familiar with HR related law and regulation.

 

Qualifications:

Hold a bachelor degree on HR, Finance, Statistics, or Enterprise Management;

At least 1-2 years of solid HR C&B experience;

Proficient in MS Office applications;

Good command of oral and written English
