Job Description & Responsbilities


l  Work closely with the business function to understand and clarify the existing and potential system demand, to maximize the system contribution to the business. 

l  Bridge with IT IS and vendor to translate the demand into specific system solution, and furthermore follow the system development and go live.

l  Integrated manage all sales system with well organizing and maintenance, to ensure well support the business, also including optimization based on the new trend and info.

l  Manage the sales information flows through the available sales systems, validates the accuracy of data (system way and audit way), and turns data into information reflected in Business Planning process and decision making.

l  Process the analytical skills to synthesize the data from internal and external and generate results relevant to driving continuing improvements on sales system & procedures, and distribution and customer development

·        System understanding & business data analysis and get finding & actions

n  Prepares standard and ad hoc reports, updates data, performs queries and analyses and creates reports to improve the quality of decision making

n  Utilizes data to identify change opportunities

n  Understands the systems and accounting processes that interact to validate and reconcile forecasts and inventories

n  Understands the  customer’s own product database and internal computer systems and can run reports from the customer’s system and analyze the data

n  Maximizes existing technology to effectively accomplish goals, and explores state-of-the-art technical applications for improving effectiveness

n  Understands, anticipates, and leverages the impact of technology on the organization (e.g. internet and intranet applications, etc.)

n  Manage the customer service team and coordinate the communication and cooperation with the technical team


Education: University graduate.



l  At least 3 years of experience on sales management position

l   At least 5 years of experience on sales system implementation position

l  Have technology development experience is preferred


Special Knowledge & skill:

l  Sales system implementation background is preferred.

l  Business oriented thinking

l  Project management

l  Speak fluent English with computer proficiency in MS Office

l  Good communication skill and conceptual thinking are essential

l  Able to travel
