Job Description & Responsbilities

Responsbilities:

You will be the business leader of varies disruptive digital and product innovation projects, including both services and nutrition products leveraging most advanced science in the hub. You will have challenges to explore new business model and process from ideation to implementation, having complete strategy to landing End-To-End experience.  To do that we expect you to have:

In this role, you will play as an entrepreneur to drive total service and product solution through an digital platform. You will have the chance to support LM to design from end to end, i.e. start from consumer centric idea to project execution and even to identify right business and financial model to support. You need to have ability to set milestones and conduct right actions for test, learn, and interaction, so as to approach to the right north star.

Entrepreneurship will be a must and may sit in below area

-       Identify business opportunity from advanced science, technology and translate them into prototypes

-       Explore new or creative business models to help bringing incremental sales and capability for traditional product marketing company

-       Drive innovation in big health territory, and be willing to devote for baby, mums, or even to elder group

-       Proactively seek for internal and external collaboration for new partnership and synergize to realize business dreams

Marketing Skills

You systematically and creatively use the marketing tools and skills in your marketing framework to search for great value propositions and business models.

Drive below key marketing activation and digital platform design and interaction based on deep insights on consumers and business strategy:

-       Campaign development with agencies and drive media efficiency by smartly controlling limited budget.

-       Closely monitor user footprints and review campaign effectiveness periodically using KPI and behavioural or primary data

-       Be insightful to drive content marketing deployment to recruit TA from precise channels

-       Be interested in learning UX and guide digital tech team to do UX iteration to elevate user experience.

-       Design private domain and wechat official account mechanism for consumer engagement and deploy leveraging existing resources

-       Service product marketing experience will be a plus

-       Experience in CRM/super-user management will be a plus

Design Thinking

You will wexplore multiple alternatives before picking and refining a particular direction. You are comfortable with the nonlinear and iterative nature of value creation.

Be able to design right mechanism leveraging consumer voice tools and data.

Ø  6 years+ of mkt experience, experience in start-up Ebusiness or incubation team in big company will be a plus

Ø  Be insightful in data and consumer voices

Ø  Fluent in English in verbal and in written.
