You will have the chance to work in Growth Strategy & Insight team to drive future proof business for the company. You will translate core nutritional and science knowledge to the actual product and services, which will truly make positive change to consumers' health and life quality.

 Job Description

  • New health and nutrition digital service and product end-to-end innovation.
  • Deeply understand consumer insight, and be able to translate insight for service design, product concept, and brand development
  • Support head to Identify innovation's role in corporate portfolio's value chain, and be able to identify right business model to support the innovation
  • Lead cross functional teams (region/global) to realize the innovation from design to activation
  • Develop brand assets and communication strategies to guide commercial marketing in product launch
  • Be able to set KPIs for milestones and deliver clear review
  • Drive internal/external collaborations:
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to get resources and alignment
  • Share out success and learning stories across team

 

The Successful Applicant

  • Passion for both digital service and product development
  • Have experience in both innovation and activation, i.e. E2E
  • Well understand communication strategy, especially in social media and precise content marketing tools
  • Strong entrepreneurship to activate cross-functional team members and external partners
  • Have strong knowledge and insight in fertile women or be willing to pick up
  • Good business acumen and sense in numbers
  • Strong project management skill to control and prioritize the service innovation iterations and resources
  • Fluent in English and good presentation skills with framework thinking
  • Strong interpersonal skills & cooperative working style
  • Marketing background (7 years+ experience)
  • Nutrition industry, digital service experiences will be a plus
