Job Description & Responsbilities

Responsbilities:

1.           Establish brands and continue develop & cultivate consumer base by leverage tools across consumer touch points

a)           Establish knowledge & understanding on different tools across consumer touchpoints

b)           Ability to identify consumer insights from different data and research

c)           Understand full APIA journey particular in Lower Tier City

d)           As a LTC brand team leader to identify key insights & propose brand building strategies & plans by leveraging different tools to gain exposure for building consumer base on AIPL model

e)           Work with cross functional teams to ensure plan execution

 

2.           Campaigns management & execution

a)           Work collaboratively with sales team in developing brand & promotions campaigns in driving business result

b)           Campaign executions including design, promotion arrangement, execution plans and result tracking

 

3.           Funding management

             A&P spending owner with full P&L visibility

             Spending proposal and tracking

             ROI analysis

Qualifications:

·      Education and Experience

·       Bachelor’s degree, minimal 7 years of working experience, with solid background in Brand management/TMKT/Digital Marketing Experience

 

·      Specific Knowledge

·       Strong knowledge of brand management

·       Solid project management skill

·       Good business acumen with strong analytical skills and ownership

·       Number sensitive

 

·      General skills

·       Good spoken & written in English and Mandarin

·       Good skill in MS office, excel, PPT, word…

·       Good communication & interpersonal skill

·       Strong team leadership to unite/ manage the team members and achieve the common goal

·       Ability to work under pressure and dealing with ambiguity
