Job Description & Responsbilities

Responsbilities:

        To commercialize category knowledge (including but not limited to category trend, shopper insight, competitor insight and etc.) to build into key customer system negotiation, so that we can optimize investment
        To design and develop Picture of Success (PICOS) across channels, so that it enables us to achieve optimized return with marginal investment
        To use category knowledge to develop customer selling story, enable and engage front line sales team to master the knowledge, so that we can gain better visibility and higher chance of purchase
        To support Key Account Manager to sell in the customer story and merchandising proposal
        To build and accumulate multiple category knowledge and enable sales team to sell and manage multiple brands and category in foreseeable future
        To establish and enhance DWC category expertise in front of customers

Qualifications:

         Category management experience with solid analytical skills
         Mastery of shopping behavior and shopper trend
         Passion to engage front line sales team on customer sell-in, implementation and capability building
         Sales experience is a plus
        English in written and oral ( in case need close collaboration with MKT)
