Job Description & Responsbilities


Digital eco-system

·       Develop Danone China’s overall digital strategy & plan, in alignment with GC business & Communications priorities

·       Design Danone China’s social media matrix with clear & differentiated position, contents, and impact.

·       Manage and operate Danone China digital platforms with high-quality copywriting, formats and programs, to enlarge its impact.

·       Create a favorable digital environment for Danone corporate and brands image

·       Manage Danone China’s digital communication calendar and reporting.

Employer branding

  • Collaborate with HR team to build Danone China’s employer branding
  • Design digital comm strategy, plan & campaigns to promote employer branding among targeted audience


Other communication projects as assigned 


·       University degree or above

·       Solid knowledge and understanding of China’s digital ecosystem and future trends

·       Savvy knowledge & experience on managing social media including positioning, contents & operation, strong sense/ability to leverage & translate latest trends/hot topics

·       Minimum 8 years' working experience in both communication department of multi-national company and social media industry, agency experience plus

·       Experience of employer branding building and communications

·       Self-motivated with passion and high integrity
