Job Description & Responsbilities


1. Identify key touchpoints to maximize the media effectiveness and drive media efficiency in line with the brand and business plan

1Working on the Media Strategy and Planning for Nutrilon brands

2Support Marketing team to maximize total touchpoint mix

2. Identify and explore potential strategic partnerships with key media platforms that cater to Chinese mothers

1Define long- and short-term opportunities on the market

2 Lead test and learn initiatives with new platforms to stay in the bleeding edge

3. Plan and activate independent media projects. 

1Responsible for managing priorities and resources between media agencies and marketing teams

2Responsible for the relationship and accountable for the agency’s performance

4. Manage media execution and monitor relevant KPI’s

Supervise development, execution and evaluation of tactical plans across all touchpoints


1. 8 -10 years of experience in the marketing field (Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager with excellent command of media and digital, Marketing Communication Manager) or in a media agency as a planning director, strategic planner

2. Fluency in English and Mandarin

3. Extensive experience with communication strategy development and concrete execution of multi touchpoint solutions.

4. Ability to quickly adapt plans to address emerging trends and competitive threats

5. Experience with external partners management (agencies, partnership, negotiation and sourcing)
