Responsbilities:
1. Achieve yearly sales target and gain share in Douyin platform · Make solid integrated plan monthly, quarterly and yearly, update sales process timely to ensure sales process is on track · Keep updated on competitor and market trend, ensure good resources both internally and externally. · Lead plan execution and timely analyze results, in time adjust the plans with solid learning. · Good communication and customer management to increase customer relationship 2. Grow new brand and recruit new user in strategic level and daily work · Lead cross functional team to make and execute New brand growing and NU recruiting plan to drive sustainable growth · Get insights from data analysis and timely review · Good Communication and project leadership in internal and external cooperation 3. Find effective way in investment and ensure P&L under control · Choose suitable promotion package and marketing tools and ensure ROI of investment · Monthly financial review with related team 4. Manage TP/DP team in supporting business · Set goals and define TP’s responsibility, good communication to make sure their good serving in operation
Qualifications:
· serving in operation Functional: · Solid experience in Tmall / JD store operation and customer management · Familiar with social commerce Douyin is a plus · Strong business planning and analysis capability · Cross functional project leadership and good communication Leadership · Always be ready to go breakthrough · Make all around to achieve target · Connect internal & external · Act with speed, agility & pragmatism · Strong independency · FMCG multinational background is preferred · Business development / explore KOLs resources or distributor skill is preferred Education and Experience · Bachelor’s degree · 2-5 years Ecommerce sales working experience , Tmall / JD sales experience is a must Specific Knowledge · Good at BD skills for KOLs resources and accumulate KOLs resources without agency. · Good at BD or manage DP/TAOBAO distributor skills. · Data analysis for store management and good knowledge of store operation. · Solid knowledge of live ecommerce ecosystem. · To B management will be plus. e.g. T-mart. · Manage Douyin/ Kuaishou/TMALL channel experience will be plus. General skills · Customer management skill · Strong business analysis skill · Strong execution skill · Good communication skill and team work · Basic Excel and PPT skill Data business sense analysis
