Job Description & Responsbilities


1.      BD Strategy and Objective Management

l  Help EC head on setting overall BD strategy of Ali group, to achieve annual sales target

l  Split the annual sales target by customer on monthly basis, and ensure each objective’s fulfilment

l  Initialize the detailed execution plan accordingly

l  Initialize brand portfolio strategy for channel


2.      Customer Management

l  Prioritize customer into different clusters considering customer own strategy, operation model, revenue and other key metrics.

l  Set up customer strategy and key initiatives according to customer and consumer needs

l  Initialize customer relationship development with senior management team of customers, negotiation on JBP,  big events, and ensure executions quality

l  Routine T2T meeting with the client

l  Lead the 3rd party agency to deliver qualified service to client


3.      Budget Control and Management

l  Full year budget planning, by customer by month

l  Monthly budget submission, apply adjustments according to annual budget plan

l  Monthly claiming submission, finalize claiming on time with sufficient supporting document

l  Tracking and control, ensure total ROI ratio within budget, by quarter and year


4.      Cross Functional Cooperation

l  Well support other internal functions, deliver qualified result on their request on time

l  Grasp support from internal functions by clear request brief, efficient communication and good way of working

l  Well manage 3rd party agency, set clear request brief, reasonable lead time and excellent outcome


5.      People Management

l  Lead the supporting responsibilities, internal and external, to keep business commitment of Ali Group

l  Draw up future team structure and people responsibility

l  People development plan and action

l  Reasonable people incentive and punishment


l  University graduate major in business administration, marketing and related fields, MBA preferred

l  At least 8 years of successful business development/ sales and management experience in ecommerce 

l  Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

l  Experience with E-commerce business in Ali is highly preferred

l  Highly marketing sense and good selling skill

l  Consumer goods industry knowledge is preferred
