We are looking for a candidate who has end-to-end experience from Brand strategy, innovation to activation; who has deep category and consumer insights, demonstrates strong capability to turn insight into creative ideas, consumer engagement plan and multi-layer communication contents.

 

This role will also need to influence key areas of the business, including R&D, media, brand activation, CRM, shopper marketing, medical marketing and commercial teams.

 

Experience

-          Strong business acumen with full responsibility of brand P&L

-          Strategic mindset with strong executional abilities

-          Digital savvy with up-to-date knowledge of experience of Chinese consumer digital marketing

-          Passion for mom/baby industry

-          A good balance of aesthetics and business acumen  

-          Strong communication skills
