岗位职责和要求

岗位职责:

Lead the team to translate brand idea/image & maximize right TA reach & conversion through all channel related touch points like store /page design/shelf/comments/Activation/CSR/PC/in-site paid media/livestream along the whole consumer decision journey related to channel 


Key Responsibility & Description

1. Lead team to deliver right brand message /image across offline/online channels’ touch point


-    Offline customers: Key account (Sam’s, Kidwant, LeYou) individual sellers (Yundian & Others)

-    Online customers : JD/FGS/TDI/KL


2. Manage both online CSR & PC script/training material and improve service conversion


3. Accumulate consumer assets & deepen consumer relation ship with brand via channel touch point 


4. Drive brand exposure & maximize TA reach via channel activation

- Translate brand campaign into channel activation in both online & offline, include roadshow, customer festival, brand day etc. 


5. Co-work with in-site media team to find right brand TA in channel touch point, test brand message and continuous improve ROI


 6. ANP management

- ANP management by following internal process

- Spending A&P tracking & project ROI optimization


Qualification ,Knowledge & Experience

Education and Experience 

Bachelor’s degree or above, at least 4-5 working experience 

At least 1-2 years in EC Marketing , plus previous offline experience will be welcome 

Good business acumen with strong analytical skills and ownership

Number sensitive, new business model sensitive

Experience in EC 

Good spoken & written in English and Mandarin

Good skill in MS office, excel, PPT, word…

Good communication & interpersonal skill 

Ability to work under pressure and dealing with ambiguity
