岗位职责和要求

岗位职责:

-          Lead cross functional project teams to ensure NPD projects are executed excellent

-          Explore new commercial opportunity, build brand innovation/renovation strategy & pipeline

-          Apply understanding of consumers, competitors, external ecosystem to adapt the innovation projects and followed activation plans

-          Identify business opportunity by leveraging internal & external resources and propose action plans

-          Translate the brand strategy and initiative into a creative idea, land to activation platforms

-          Monitor & control marketing budget of the programs under his/her control

        -         Work independently with external agencies/vendors & internal business counterparts

岗位要求:

-          Familiar with brand development process, NPD project management and IMC planning & execution. fully involved in at least 1 NPD whole cycle experience if preferred.

-          Owned consumer engagement/BTL activities or end-to-end brand marketing experience to initiate and lead brand activation projects independently.

-          Good business data analysis skill, familiar with Nielsen & Kantar, U&A reports.
