岗位职责和要求

岗位职责:

·       We are looking for an content leader a CEM team, whose role is to develop build strategies and create ideas that connect content with measurable activities and communications. 

·       In this role, you will coordinate with internal and external partners to develop and manage all of the key content for one service platform and some key brand account, including

o   Define content strategy and deliver visual, message and interaction design of user interface, in multiple platforms(mini program, wechat account, douyin and channel).

o   Based on brand positioning and thorough understanding of what delights our target audience, package them up into some brilliant strategic campaign and working closely with agencies to bring it to life.

o   Give consulting support on content/creative to cross functional team

 To be successful in this position, you should have good insight on mums’ parenting needs, solid experience with social campaign, digital content communication, and strong project management skill. You should also be able to have art sense. 

岗位要求:

1.     Have ideally 5+years experience in building end to end consumer campaigns from conceptualisation to delivery, preferably in highly commercial, digital industry.

2.     Be comfortable in a fast-moving, commercial environment, working collaboratively with creative and media agencies, senior stakeholders and the broader central marketing team

3.     A strong knowledge of digital media is essential, as is strong experience working with video/ digital interactive creative.

4.     Have proven success in delivering brand and performance marketing that drives measurable consumer and commercial impact.

5.     Well-rounded communication skills

6.     Eager to learn and keen to new digital trends
