岗位职责和要求
岗位职责:
1. Media Strategy Drive Ali media strategy, incl but not limited to media budget planning, consumer segementation, media tools selection. He/She should propose and execute media plan based on business fact, optimize media result and gain new consumer. Work with cross function to make strategy on air. 2. Platform cooperation Responsible for cooperation with Alimana, lead yearly working frame like JMP and brandzone, conduct meeting with platform. 3. Daily Media Management Closely work with Sales/Shopper/MKT team, manage media agency on daily media operation. Plan, monitor and optimize Ali media. 4. Ali Data Insight Generate insights to optimize brand marketing/ec maketing portfolio based on Ali eco-system data facts, eg. Data Bank, DMP，Strategy Center.
岗位要求:
FMCG Ali Media management experience is must. Strong knowledge in media operation and data analysis. Sales experience is preferred.
