岗位职责和要求

岗位职责:

Lead new beverage product development. He/she will represent R&I to join a cross functional project team as the Project Co-leader, lead all other technical function together with MKT who act as the project leader, to achieve align project objectives.

1.Lead the development of new beverage product from bench to pilot line to plant trials.

2.Responsible for formula development from base development, ingredient selection, flavor development, define nutritional value, etc against concept developed by MKT and validated by consumers.

3.Draft ingredient, formula and finish good specification with cross function alignment.

4.During product development, leverage internal and external resources to complete tasks at hand. Drive collaboration with internal formulation team from central or other CBU as well as external suppliers such as active ingredient, stabilizer, flavor houses, etc.

5.Be responsible to update and present to senior management as Project Co-leader, adherence to time frames, and management of Project progress.

6.Build good working relationships with colleagues from other functions such as other functional team of R&D, MKT, manufacturing, supplier, and institutes.

7.Responsible for formula optimization based on cost and quality requirement.

岗位要求:

1.Strong food science background required with knowledge of food and beverage formulation.
2.Minimum 5 years’ experience of new product development project experience and multiple category beverage formulation skills required.
3.Strong leadership, while at the same time possess analytical skills necessary to effectively assess ideas from both internal and external sources.
4.Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage industry, with dairy and plant base experience is a plus.
5.Good communication skills in Chinese and English (verbal and written).
6.Bachelor’s degree in related field, such as Food science, chemistry.
