岗位职责和要求

岗位职责:

Entry & Exit & Transfer management

1.Receive notification from Talent/HRBP, trigger on-line and off-line process accordingly, prepare documents, notify related stakeholders

 

Employee Data Management

1.Local system master data management: create, update or disable master data , e.g., Position/Department/Cost Center list etc.

2.Regular data quality check: monthly quality check before payroll cycle. Make sure employee data accuracy and timely in system.

3.Conduct data validation and resolve data issues/errors.

 

HR Admin handbook and HR Admin calendar:

1.Work with HR Admin Manger to work out HR Admin handbook, annual HR Admin calendar

2.Monthly tracking to secure execution rate on handbook and calendar, lead key events (e.g., Special working hours schedule application)

 

SOP Integration

Support HR Admin Manager for process integration and optimization, work out key SOP from all CBUs for HR Admins to follow, review regularly and update accordingly

 

        KPI Tracking

Monitor KPIs, figure out causes and work out action plan

 

HR Admin Team Coordinator

1.Drive Long-term solutions: deep dive on daily duplicated issues, find root cause and find long-term solution, by updating R&R, policy/instruction, training, X-team communication, etc.

2.Projects: deliver projects initiated by HR Admin Manager or global, detail impact analysis on HR Admin daily work assignments or process, coordinates with other stakeholders (e.g., HRBP) if there is impact to them

        3.As the key coordinator of HR Admin processes design in system, closely work with Solutions team/ITIS

岗位要求:

1.Bachelor’s degree preferred, >2 year’s working experience in HR Admin/SSC or ER

2.Have experience with project management or continuous improvement are preferred

3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially at Excel, PPT and Visio.

      4.Good command in reading, written and oral English.

      5.Good at communication and cross team collaboration. (Key contacts: HRBP, IT, Finance)

 

      6.Good team spirit, Strong sense of responsibility, confident, awareness of service, embrace changes.
