岗位职责和要求

岗位职责:

HRBP-IBS NAO will be responsible for all HR matters and lead HR cycle and employee relations in IBS China. He/She will work with IBS HRD to build solid foundation of HR data and process for the region which includes China, Oceania and Japan. He/She will lead employee experince from on-boarding to exit for the region and be a proximity HR to manage employee relations in China. 

岗位要求:

5+ HRBP or HR Admin experince who is familiar with employee journey from on-boarding to exit, managing employee data

Familiar with China labor law and have solid experince in handling employee relations.

Analytical and excellent in excel and HR system operation.

Mature and people orienated.

Having office management or employee activity design experince will be a plus.

Bachelor degree and above, having overseas study experince will be a plus.

Fluent English, good team player.
