Consumer Healthcare Business is a priority growth area for Danone China, and the team is hiring an Online Sales Manager to launch and grow new Consumer Healthcare business across online platforms across Ali / JD and social ecommerce platforms. This role offers a rare opportunity to be an intrapreneur in a priority growth area at Danone China.The role takes the responsibility of developing online business for the new portfolio, also need to develop new capabilities for the startup approach of building consumer oriented business model and identifying key bets for future

 

        Develop and acceleration business growth in eCommerce customers.

        Achieve yearly sales target and gain share

        Establish good collaboration and relationship with customers.

        Good communication with customer and cross function teams to ensure good cooperation

 

 

Areas of Responsibility

Key Responsibility

Description(tasks)

Develop and acceleration business growth in eCommerce customers.

 

        Lead annual business plan with relatively accurate demand forecast

        Lead innovation development

        Collaborate with trade marketing on pricing strategy          

Achieve yearly sales target and gain share

 

        Make solid sales plan monthly, quarterly and yearlyupdate sales process timely to ensure sales process is on track

        Ensure good resources in customer to ensure sales process is on track

        Follow sales plan and timely analyze results, adjust sales plan according to root cause

Establish good collaboration and relationship with customers

        Get insights from timely review and market changing

        Co work or lead customers to explore business engine

Good Communication in internal and external cooperation

        Be good at listening and asking to find key business issue and opportunity

        Good communication skill to increase customer emotional relationship

1.       Yearly sales target achievement rate

2.       Market share achievement

3.       Accuracy and timely data sharing

Qualification ,Knowledge & Experience

Education and Experience

        Bachelor’s degree

        3-5 years Ecommerce working experience in FMCG , having taken roles in Key account management, JBP experience is highly preferred.

        KA management and negotiation

        Good marketing sense and selling skill

        Independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
