Areas of Responsibility

Key Responsibility

Description(tasks)

Build new product business case

l  Co-work with brand MKT/demand team/channel/finance to make solid business case.

l  Reasonable sellin/sellout/offtake/market share estimation (Trade flow)

New product launch plan.

l  Build solid distribution plan

l  Price Structure, P&L design

l  Deliver clear and solid launch plan co-work with brand mkt and channel smkt

Execution tracking

l  New product launch plan execution both brand mkt and channel plan.

l  TF delivery and adjustment

l  Sellout/Offtake/Distribution/Execution tracking both online and offline

l  Monthly trade offer setting and adjustment

 

 

KPIs

1.     Trade flow (sellin/sellout/offtake)

2.     Distribution execution

3.     Spending (P&L)

7 years channel sales/TMKT/brand MKT working experience in FMCG
