岗位职责和要求
岗位职责:
1. Leader of new product project(NPD) for whole online channel. a) Draw up the plan for online channel new product launch. As an owner of the new product project, influence key stakeholders (brand marketing & sales team especially) to ensure successfully launch the product. b) Execute the launch plan and monitor NPD performance, including stakeholders communication, resource exchange, social KOL buying, store visual, regularly performance tracking, and action/plan perfection 2. Online Channel NPD spending management • NPD budget allocation in driving business result • Conduct project related financial process
岗位要求:
· Education and Experience · Bachelor’s degree, minimal 2-3 years of working experience, with solid background in E-commerce · Specific Knowledge · Strong knowledge of digital or EC · Basic online eco-system knowledge · Good business acumen with strong execution ability and ownership · General skills · Good communication & interpersonal skill · Ability to work under pressure and dealing with ambiguity Detail-oriented
