岗位职责:
Complaint reviewing and updating According to the daily data and pictures shared, complete cases reviewing and relevant updating; Complaint investigation Handling return samples according to the complaint reason, update in system and communicate with factories for investigation; Review and follow up the investigation result, when necessary return to factory for further confirmation; Feedback to careline once finished. Excipio system maintain Excipio masterdata establish before new product launched; Maintain the masterdata to keep updated; Make sure no issue caused by our side. Data analysis and making report Complaint data analysis and making report regularly/ if needed
岗位要求:
1. Working experience in food company at least 2 years, better in baby formula production factory, know process and quality control points 2. Good English reading, listening and speaking 3. Good communication skills
