Mission of the role

·       The role is aiming to lead team find the demand generation model with smooth consumer decision journey from awareness to interest to purchase to advocacy, improve brand equity & set up brand image among target audience.

 

Areas of Responsibility

Key Responsibility & Description (tasks)

KPI

1.       Build up solid IL Aptamil portfolio & Karicare brand communication strategy within EC /Digital ecosystem

a)         Understand China UPRE/UPRE+ consumer IMF needs & key touch points

b)        Translate brands core message into touch point communication message

c)         Design investment model based touch point choice & communication objective both in digital /social platform & EC platform

l  BHT attributes

l  Offtake

l  Market share % in UPRE+ segment  

2.       Lead team on building activation /content seeding plan  and well execution

a)       Design always on/activation based campaign/content seeding based on strategy  both in -site and out -site

 

·       Campaign KPI 

·       Search index

·       Consumer assets

3.       P&L management

·       A&P spending plan in driving business result and AIPL index

·       P & L gate keeper to achieve both business and financial targets

·       Spending efficiency

·       Plan on time& drive accuracy

 

岗位要求:

Functional Competencies

1.     Solid experience of marketing, digitals marketing, at least basic understanding & EC marketing knowledge

2.     Learning agility to learn eCommerce knowledge

Qualification ,Knowledge & Experience

·      Education and Experience

·       Bachelor’s degree, minimal 5 years of working experience, with solid background in Brand management/digital marketing area  

 

·      Specific Knowledge

·       Strong knowledge of brand management

·       Experience in EC key customer ecosystem is a plus

·       Solid project management skill

·       Good business acumen with strong analytical skills and ownership

·       Number sensitive

 

·      General skills

·       Good spoken & written in English and Mandarin

·       Good skill in MS office, excel, PPT, word…

·       Good communication & interpersonal skill

·       Ability to work under pressure and dealing with ambiguity
