岗位职责和要求

岗位职责:

We are looking for a candidate who has strong media and content innovation experience.

This role will also need to influence key areas of the business, including media, brand activation, CRM, shopper marketing, and commercial teams.


Strategic mindset with strong executional abilities

- Digital savvy with up-to-date knowledge of experience of Chinese consumer digital marketing

- Passion for mom/baby industry

- A good balance of aesthetics and business acumen

- Strong communication skills

- Working experience in research agency or digital marketing agency is preferred

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders and multi-cross function team.

岗位要求:

 SQualification, Knowledge & Experience:

Minimum university graduate.

  1. 8-10 years of mkt experience, at least 3 years’ experience as brand/sub-brand owner within FMCG/related industry
  2. Solid experience in managing stakeholders.
  3. Good skill of media trend understanding
  4. Fluent in English and Mandarin in verbal and in written.
