岗位职责和要求

岗位职责:

1. Product reno/NPD launch

· Product renovation according to TA needs and trends evolvement

· New product launch including launch strategy & communication model, msg etc

2. Brand equity & communication development

· Guardian of the brand equity & brand idea

· Content development for consistent, memorable, context-specific msg delivery

3. Content production

· Brief, execute, monitor and improve multi-layers contents/activations (variety of contents - film, gif's, key visuals, articles etc., variety of messages, personalized by tribes)

4. Engage consumer along the decision journey

· Observes, listens, connects to consumer & shopper, KOL

· Build deep understanding of touchpoints by sub-targets and explore / define the relevant consumer recruitment models

· Develop Integrated marketing plan to deliver activation idea and to drive product choice

i. Build deep understanding of touchpoints by sub-targets and explore / define the relevant consumer recruitment models

ii. Well understand digital environment and know how to applicate campaigns into different touch points

iii. Media and touchpoint strategy and execution, ROI management, including hyper-targeting

5. Drive marketing efficiency and performance

· Set clear KPIs

· Request resources

· Track performance

· Course correct as required to achieve our challenging but exciting business targets

岗位要求:

competencies
* A demonstrated track record in both BB & BD, experience in FMCG is preferred
* Well understanding of digital environment including paid media, social media & new emerging APPs
* Understanding of sales channel
* A passion for consumers and understanding trends and insights
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Great analytical skills and data-backed decision making
* Drive and autonomy: you drive for results
* Having high growth agility and potential to grow to more senior level in a near future

Qualities
* Minimum university graduate
* 8 years+ of mkt experience, FMCG company preferred
* complete experience in digital marketing is high plus
* understanding of sales channel is preferred
* Fluent in Chinese & English
