岗位职责和要求

岗位职责:

This role will lead consumer-driven insights, including leadership of consumer research to develop 
insights that inform and help drive business decisions. 
This position requires a high degree of collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive and embed 
consumer -centric growth brand strategies and socialize consumer, shopper and product insights. As a 
key business partner, this person will be responsible for designing and delivering the research projects, 
generate and deploy insights and drive through implications in the business. 
 
Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with Brand Design & Breakthrough Inno team to deliver 1-3 years innovation strategy via consumer insights-based innovation platform identification and map with innovation ideas
  2. Accountable for project design, analysis and learning sharing linking to the solid ‘so-what’ and ‘now-what’ action plan.
  3. Partner with Brand Design team to drive business growth for Mizone core business via consumer and market insights-based commercial ideas, to continuous drive product relevancy.
  4. Drive content quality via consumer empathy, active social listening and measurable results that helps brand equity and conversion
  5. Explore Reach/Effectiveness/Efficiency via measurable and trackable analytical model
  6. Partner with S&I Head and MKT Leadership team to identify DWC mid and long-term strategies via demand space/headspace identification, brand/portfolio choice and activation
  7. Lead and manage research agencies, effective budget management and proactive implementation of efficiencies, improvements and simplifications. 

岗位要求:

  1. Solid experience in market research, insights, or strategic planning. Open to agency side experience but extended experience on the client side is preferred.
  2. Strong business acumen in brand, innovation and media, with strategic thinking.
  3. Strong leadership and collaboration skill to lead and work with multi-functional team
  4. High ownership and learning agility, to learn fast and drive for actionable result
  5. Strong presentation and writing skill
  6. Fluent in Mandarin and English
