岗位职责和要求

岗位职责:

1.Channel plan and execution management

l   Design customized channel plan and prepare by brand annual/quarterly/monthly promotion calendar

l   Develop and deploy efficiency and effective customer activation plans

Monitor execution of promotion activities and evaluate result

2.Trade communications and agency management

l   Lead for KV design and content plan on customized activities such as live-stream or social medial campaign (WeChat group or other digital tools)

l   Amplify brand message and knowledge to engage B & C side customers

Set up strong agency capability under limited resources

3.Project management and Model set up

l   Identifies business issues and devises and implements solutions through project management

Work out sustainable development model based on projects learning

4.A&P spending management

l   Manage the promotion budget and track the investment efficiency, ensuring most effective use of spend and attention to eliminating waste

Provide spending analysis report and ROI model

岗位要求:

1.      Insight and knowledge of FMCG infant category in channel marketing or shopper marketing

2.      Solid understand on baby-store channel or EC ecosystem  

3.      Good communication skill with co-worker & customer & distributor

4.      Project management, especially on social digital project experience

5.      Data analysis capability

6.      Agency and distributor management experience

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially in Power point

 

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree, minimum 8 years working experience in FMCG company

Having experience in Trade Marketing or Shopper Marketing (Planning, branding)

Need to have external selling experience in previous roles

Sales Trainee background is preferred
