岗位职责和要求

岗位职责:

   GT trade marketing plan development

-        Deep understanding of LTC store owners with data analysis and experience 

-        Design the trade/ shopper engagement calendar to meet the sales target

       - Develop sales standard and operation guidelines for GT, incl. distribution/display/promotion /pricing, store and shopper segmentation, brand events, roadshows, etc.

GT New Store expansion

-        Design on-going expansion plan to recruit more new stores for business opportunity

        - Distribution projects for different brand 

3. Budget management and continuous tracking of TS and ANP spend for agreed projects

-        Setting the trade and consumer investment principle for regional field marketing team and sales team

-        Preview regional plan before monthly rolling plan submission, monitor regional execution and justify efficiency & effectiveness

-         Review ROI and rollout best practices to national wide

4.     Cross Functional Cooperation

-        Well work with other internal functions, qualified deliveries on their request on time

-        Grasp support from internal functions by clear request brief, efficient communication and good way of working

- Well manage 3rd party agency, set clear request brief, reasonable lead time and excellent outcome

岗位要求:

Education and Experience

l  Bachelor or above degree major in business administration, marketing and related fields, MBA preferred

l  3-5 years of successful experience in trade marketing related field from leading companies

l  Experience with HQ trade marketing plus other sales/marketing functions is highly preferred

l  Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

l  Highly marketing sense and good selling skill

l  Consumer goods industry knowledge is preferred

 

Specific Knowledge

l  Understand different channels, MBS channel experience is a plus

l  Understand Trade & Shopper Activation

l  Understand Field Sales Operation

l  Understand Shopper Insight and basic Financial Knowledge

l  Capability of 3rd Party Agency Management

 

General skills

l  Good Spoken and Written in English and Mandarin

l  Strong Communication and Presentation Skill, both Internal and External

l  Good Computer Skill, Especially on Microsoft Office

l  Self-Resilient to Pressure and Time Sensitive
